The Ingram Group has provided candid and in-depth assessments for prestigious organizations looking to make mission, operational, personnel, or other substantive changes. TIG’s work and recommendations have resulted in structural changes, personnel changes, and the creation and defining of the mission and vision for organizations. TIG also collaborates with organizations throughout implementation of the recommendations to ensure the right structure, positions, and skill sets are in place to serve the mission and vision. In one example, a TIG team member served as the interim communications director for a department within the state government’s executive branch and assisted in hiring the permanent communications director. In another example, a TIG team member served as interim chief of staff to the new provost of a major university, onboarded that provost, led the hiring process for a permanent chief of staff and onboarded the permanent chief of staff.
