Developing and amplifying strategic communications
The Ingram Group has effectively promoted new products using communications tools with targeted audiences. In one case, TIG identified how to reach the client’s audience and developed a strategic communications plan consisting of earned media (both national television and national radio), social media, and coalition outreach to amplify those efforts. TIG successfully executed 16 national television and radio hits that spanned from one of the largest radio shows in the country to multiple television hits on the No. 1 cable news outlet in the country. TIG also crafted social media posts across various platforms and coordinated coalition outreach that resulted in broad amplification of TIG’s product marketing. TIG’s plan and execution resulted in 30,000 new subscribers to the client’s product.
Convening executive and elected leaders to identify and promote shared interests
The Ingram Group created and launched an extremely successful trade association-like organization that brings together top executives from leading industries and institutions. The mission of the organization is to connect these leaders with each other, policymakers, and opinion leaders to enable dialogue, collaboration and, ultimately, create change around shared interests and concerns related to legislative and regulatory issues. The success of the organization has led it to become a leading resource to government leaders seeking expert industry input on a variety of issues.

The Ingram Group can also handle all a client’s communications needs, including social media, earned media booking and strategy, op-ed writing and placement, and crisis communications. In one client case, TIG has effectively organized hundreds of media appearances (radio, print, TV, and podcast), established a standing bi-monthly column in a national publication, increased the client’s social media presence, and successfully navigated an everchanging and fast-paced media cycle to effectively communicate and deliver the organization’s key messages.
