MOLLY SUDDERTH
Molly Sudderth joined the Ingram Group after leading NashvilleHealth, a non-profit community health collaborative founded by former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, M.D. During her time at NashvilleHealth, she managed multiple initiatives and partnerships as well as communications and advocacy efforts. Most notably, she served as co-lead on the first countywide health assessment project in 20 years, which surveyed more than 12,000 Nashvillians and resulted in significant local health data for analysis and tracking. Sudderth has worked in communications and community engagement in both the public and private sectors in Tennessee for more than 20 years, including serving in senior positions with the Nashville Convention & Visitor’s Corporation (NCVC), the Office of former Nashville Mayor Bill Purcell and the Tennessee Departments of Economic and Community Development and Children’s Services. In her various roles, she has communicated critical policy initiatives, directed public issue and awareness campaigns, managed corporate business announcements, coordinated a multitude of community-wide events, advocated numerous public referendums, and scripted countless speeches, radio and television programs. Specifically, during her time at the NCVC, she served on the Music City Center Coalition which worked to pass state and local legislation to bring the 2.1 million square foot convention facility to fruition. A Nashville native, Sudderth holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
