ELYSIA HULINGS

Elysia Hulings has an extensive background in the political and nonprofit sectors. Formerly with Helen Milby & Co., Elysia was the finance manager for the NewDem PAC, as well as a fundraiser for select House and Senate members and policy think-tanks. Elysia worked closely with Fortune 500 companies from across the United States to coordinate a range of fundraising, networking, and brand management campaigns. After returning to her home state of Texas, Elysia successfully developed fundraising and communication programs for the U.S. Air Force and hosted a variety of city and state-wide events supporting military moral and readiness. She then created and managed a national cultivation, fundraising, and outreach campaign for the School for Ethics and Global Leadership, a non-profit high school semester program based in Washington, D.C. Elysia then served as the Executive Director of the Ballet Conservatory of South Texas, a leading non-profit pre-professional ballet company and school. Elysia completed her Masters in Public Administration and held several community leadership roles supporting her hometown of San Antonio, including serving on appointed boards and commissions, leading fundraising efforts of candidates for statewide and other offices, and through various non-profit and advocacy organizations. Elysia recently returned to Washington D.C. with her husband, Jay, and son, John.
