
BRANDON GEE
Brandon Gee is a storyteller, problem-solver and crisis manager with deep connections throughout Nashville’s media, business, and legal communities. A former journalist, Brandon covered federal courts for The Tennessean and was the senior writer then editor-in-chief at Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, where he was one of a limited number of worldwide journalists given courtroom access to cover the death-penalty trial of Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. From media relations and internal communications to advising on overall strategy and narratives to emphasize in the courtroom, Brandon specializes in working alongside legal counsel to advise clients in high-profile litigation. Other highlights of Brandon’s work for Ingram Group clients include overall communications/media strategy and crisis planning/management. Brandon joined The Ingram Group in April 2024 after eight years with Clarivate, where he produced competitive intelligence that helped pharmaceutical industry partners solve problems and successfully navigate the increasingly complex U.S. healthcare landscape. Brandon’s writing has been featured in publications coast-to-coast including Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The Oregonian, Nashville Business Journal, New Hampshire Business Review, and more. Brandon also worked in communications at the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services under the Haslam administration. Brandon is a 2007 graduate of DePauw University (Greencastle, Indiana), where he served as editor-in-chief of the student newspaper and completed the Media Fellows honors program. An avid runner since middle school, Brandon has completed three marathons (Nashville, Chicago, and Atlanta). He and his wife Katherine have two sons.
